This is an alarming Fox News Brief that was broadcast on our local station, KQMS on 09/03/26 stating that the EPA is proposing that mandates to let the public know about data centers in their communities be eliminated. This could allow projects to begin before being publicized. No public comment allowed.  This is exactly our concern and why we must take action.
